Amuneal: Magnetic Shielding & Custom Fabrication was in need of a streamlined & easily navigable redesign. Veering away from category drill-down navigation, the new structure needed to clearly define the two arms of Amuneal: their custom fabrication products & case studies + their industrial magnetic shielding products.
In concert with Amuneal, we established a game-plan to cleanly present each project in a portfolio; complete with thumbnail slider imagery + succinct descriptions. Amuneal had a bevy of magazine-worthy photos of their products. We used this imagery for presentation of their portfolio landing pages, complete with filterable AJAX functionality; which allowed the visitor to sort their desired items by category. In addition, created cohesive contact forms for general inquiries, plus material request forms which displays desired sample imagery within the form itself.
To clearly define the two “houses” of Amuneal, we chose to present the home page with a simplified branding message, while dividing content to the left & right of the logo; essentially guiding visitors to “choose a path.”


We have continued to scale Amuneal’s website structure since the initial launch. Upon developing the initial website, they were presenting case study & imagery for past large scale projects, such as hotel lobbies, restaurants, major retail spaces and art installations. In the following months, we added an “Amuneal Designed” section which presents consumer friendly products that can be obtained for their desired spaces; such as, custom shelving and home office units, stylized murphy beds, kitchen + bar cabinetry, furniture, railing systems and stairs.


For all of the items on Amuneal’s website, we divided samples into visually attractive displays: one for wood and another for metal. This gives potential customers an easy way to view shades & colors at a glance. We incorporated CTA’s to request samples within each of the galleries.


Other notable sections that Extract Marketing Group incorporated are; an extensive Journal (Blog) section, where Amuneal can present media exposure and events; a 3-D showroom tour, accordion display of available job positions on a Career page, and an embedded “look book” complete with in page viewing and animated page turning.
